Delivery Details
Following your order we will contact you if there
are any problems delivering your items in the time periods set out below.
You will then have the option to wait until items come back into stock, agreeing
an alternative order or cancelling your order.
All items are delivered using the most appropriate delivery method (usually Royal
Mail First Class post) within 2-4 working days. If you have not recieved your
order within 7 working days then you should contact us.
If you are a Flyballer then orders can be collected from the next event the Northern
Bytes are attending. Please contact us immediately after placing your order
or add a comment when checking out to arrange this.
Delivery is FREE within mainland UK. For delivery outside
mainland UK please contact us before placing your order to agree delivery costs.
Goods can currently be posted world-wide.
You can use the facilities on Google Checkout to track your order progress.
Also, you will recieve an e-mail when your order is placed, charged and dispatched.
